Firecrawl is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to own how the company uses AI internally, from agent harnesses to model routing. You’ll drive adoption across teams, balance token spend with output, and teach by showing how to scale with tokens. The role blends technical depth with high EQ to shepherd teams through new workflows.

The position is hybrid in San Francisco, requires 4+ years of experience, and offers a salary range of $235,000–$260,000 USD per year with competitive equity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI enablement or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available currently.
• Strong EQ and ability to drive adoption and change.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal AI stack: agent harnesses, configs, shared skills, and model routing for teams; keep them sharp and ship changes.
• Start with the revenue team; learn workflows, identify agent tasks, and expand team-by-team.
• Bring skeptics along; work with them until new workflows stick.
• Work from token spend data to identify waste and underutilization, then fix both.
• Make cost per useful token a measurable target through model choices, routing, caching, and workflow pruning.
• Explain benefits of scaling with tokens in language accessible to each team.
• Build missing internal tooling and track progress across Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and future tools.
