Traversal seeks an AI Adoption Engineer to guide customers through Activation, Scaling, Optimization, and Value Realization, delivering enablement sessions, debugging accuracy failures, engineering custom prompts, and driving quarterly business reviews.

You will own customer-specific integrations, instrument accuracy tracking, capture failure modes, and debug platform issues, collaborating with a talented team to accelerate adoption of a complex technical product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Genuine technical depth.
• Ability to run executive-level conversations and engineer-level conversations.
• Experience driving adoption of a technical product with complex, multi-stakeholder customers.
