Job summary

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking an experienced program manager to identify, develop and integrate AI solutions across the last mile delivery network. This role focuses on adoption strategy, tooling, measurement, and a Champion network while prioritizing real team needs over fixed technology mandates.

You will coach an AI Champion network, manage a use-case pipeline from idea to launch, and report progress to senior leadership on a recurring cadence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own AI adoption strategy and drive the AI-everywhere culture shift: design hands-on experimentation programs (Shark Tanks, hackathons, lunch and learns), activate and coach a 10-15 person AI Champion network, and publish a weekly practical-tips newsletter.
