Job summary

Neurons Lab LTD is seeking a role focused on engineering enablement within a group-wide AI adoption program for multiple game studios and business functions. The role drives discipline, creates reusable artifacts, and transfers best practices across companies to scale AI-enabled engineering practices.

Applicants should have deep experience leading AI adoption in engineering, shipping production-grade agentic workflows, and fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

Qualifications

• Led AI adoption or platform/developer-enablement in an engineering org with 20+ engineers.
• Shipped agentic workflows to production and built real code, pipelines or spec repos.
• Fluent English; Russian and/or Ukrainian are strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn CTO visions into team-level discipline: specs, rules and onboarding.
• Run diffusion loop across teams to package and transfer practices.
• Maintain rhythm: bi-weekly calls, monthly cross-company demos, status boards, steering with CTO.
• Define objective, numeric success criteria for agentic work.
