Job summary

Coder is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to advance our Smart AI roadmap and streamline AI workflows across the company. You will work directly with employees, understand their needs, and ship improvements to AI journeys and infrastructure.

You will teach via office hours, answer questions in Slack and meetings, and help build the internal AI community by improving tooling and patterns. Collaboration with the Smart AI Program lead is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology or startup environments.
• Engineering background or hands-on experience building with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on technical partner for employees using Smart AI.
• Understand needs, workflows, and impediments as they build with AI.
• Answer questions about Smart AI tools, models, prompts, and environments.
• Translate recurring needs into clear requirements for the roadmap.
• Build reusable journeys, skills, templates, and system instructions.
• Contribute to infrastructure enhancements for easier AI development.
• Prototype solutions using Claude Code and AI-assisted workflows.
• Improve the internal vibe coding environment and integrations.
• Turn one-off questions into reusable solutions for future users.
• Collaborate with the Smart AI Program lead to align feedback with roadmap.
