Job summary

Perplexity Computer is seeking an Enablement Specialist to help enterprise customers achieve value by building scalable onboarding and adoption programs.

You will design onboarding journeys, lead workshops and office hours, and diagnose adoption barriers, turning repetitive questions into guided, reusable guidance. This customer-facing role collaborates with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Support to drive self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical onboarding, enablement, implementation, use-case education, or a technically oriented Customer Success role.
• Proven program-building experience delivering onboarding, training, or adoption programs across live and self-service formats.
• Strong facilitation and communication; explain complex product/AI concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Technical fluency to guide customers through permissions, connectors, models, credits, workflows, and integration concepts.
• Strong diagnostic judgment to determine blockers due to education, readiness, process, configuration, or complexity.
• Data-informed growth mindset using product/usage data to identify gaps, trigger interventions, and measure impact.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, and engineering.
• High ownership; set expectations, improve processes, and operate in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design customer journeys for onboarding and adoption across diverse roles and readiness levels.
• Deliver high-quality enablement through kickoff sessions, workshops, office hours, remote sessions, onsite programs, webinars, and train-the-trainer activities.
• Make complex AI concepts accessible to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Guide customers through setup including access, permissions, connectors, models, credits, and initial workflows.
• Diagnose adoption barriers and determine whether blockers are knowledge-, readiness-, or process-related.
• Route complex needs to Applied AI Architects, Customer Success, Support, Product, or Engineering with clear handoffs.
• Create scalable assets such as curricula, checklists, lifecycle communications, videos, examples, and internal enablement materials.
• Use evidence from product/usage data to increase adoption and measure activation, time to first value, and sustained usage.
