You’ll work directly with business users, leaders, and delivery teams to ensure AI adoption across regulated environments, using tools like Claude and Copilot to demonstrate concrete value.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, or adoption.
• A concrete example of a generative AI build or configuration.
• Fluency across multiple AI platforms, not a single branded product.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence skeptical audiences while driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement programs that drive awareness, adoption, and long-term usage.
• Facilitate workshops and training for business users, leaders, and executives.
• Serve as an AI advocate and translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
• Hold technical ground on system design, data flow, and failure modes.
• Partner with engineers, consultants, and delivery leaders to translate capabilities into outcomes.
• Support organizational adoption by creating communications and learning materials.
• Define and track adoption metrics and business outcomes with real numbers.
• Navigate regulated environments in financial services and insurance contexts.
