Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an experienced enablement practitioner who will act as a hands-on guide to product and engineering teams as they adopt AI across the PDLC. You will work inside teams, demonstrating what works and surfacing patterns to codify into repeatable templates that scale across the organization.

You thrive in ambiguity, lead through influence, and accelerate adoption by example, measuring success by the clarity and reusability of patterns left behind rather than reporting lines

Qualifications

• Experience embedding AI into delivery workflows.
• Ability to surface repeatable patterns and playbooks.
• Proven track record coaching teams without formal authority.
• Experience with regulated enterprise environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach engineers, product managers, and QA to apply AI in real scenarios.
• Define AI standards, templates, and reference architectures.
• Lead enablement programs, workshops, and hands-on coaching.
