Job summary

Perplexity is seeking an Enablement Specialist to help enterprise customers build knowledge, confidence, and repeatable practices to realize value with Perplexity Computer. You will craft onboarding journeys, lead customer workshops, diagnose adoption barriers, and deliver scalable enablement assets.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Applied AI Architects, Product, Marketing, and Support to ensure customers become self-sufficient and can sustain usage over time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical onboarding, enablement, or related customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to design and deliver onboarding or adoption programs.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical fluency to guide customers through permissions, connectors, models, and workflows.
• Strong diagnostic judgment to identify blockers across education, readiness, process, or complexity.
• Data-informed mindset using product and usage data to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design customer journeys and onboarding/adoption programs for various roles and readiness levels.
• Lead technical kickoffs, workshops, office hours, webinars, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Explain complex AI concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Guide customers through setup, access, permissions, connectors, credits, models, and workflows.
• Diagnose adoption barriers and determine appropriate interventions.
• Handoff complex needs to Applied AI, Customer Success, Support, Product, or Engineering when needed.
• Create scalable assets: curricula, checklists, guidance, communications, videos, and examples.
• Use evidence to increase adoption and measure time to value, repeat usage, and program impact.
