ServiceNow in Austin seeks an Engagement Manager to lead customer-facing delivery projects and internal programs tied to commercial priorities and AI adoption.

In this role, you will split your time about 50% between delivering projects through go-live and driving internal initiatives that accelerate AI adoption across customers, leveraging Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of enterprise project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing projects through go-live.
• Experience supporting AI initiatives or adoption, with the ability to discuss business use cases and value with customers.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, its capabilities, and customer use cases.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong presentation, communication, and scope management skills, with executive presence.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer-facing projects through go-live, managing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate customer discussions, present updates, and keep teams aligned on delivery priorities.
• Partner with sales and internal teams to coordinate AI adoption programs and connect customers with appropriate resources.
• Understand customer business needs, identify AI use cases, and help customers understand how ServiceNow capabilities can support their goals.
