Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management leader to guide large-scale, technology-enabled transformations for diverse clients. You will shape change programs, define engagement strategies, and partner with stakeholders to ensure adoption and governance across AI-enabled initiatives.

You will leverage analytics and GenAI insights to drive readiness, upskilling, and people-centric change journeys, while maintaining ethical and responsible use.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change programs and design change strategies for complex transformations.
• Partner with clients to enable GenAI-enabled change, focusing on readiness, skills shifts and governance.
• Use data and analytics to measure adoption, readiness and behavior change and to guide course corrections.
• Help clients build scalable change capabilities to adapt as technologies and ways of working evolve.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client relationships.
