Job summary

Centric Consulting is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to help clients adopt AI-enabled technologies, digital products, and automation solutions. You will design and deliver communication, training materials, and stakeholder engagement plans.

This role emphasizes collaboration with business leaders, development of learning resources, measuring adoption metrics, and promoting AI literacy, while advancing your consulting career across industries.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, organizational development, business, psychology, or related field.
• Experience supporting technology implementations, digital transformations, AI adoption, or business process improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication with experience creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and responsible AI practices.
• Experience measuring adoption, utilization, engagement, or employee experience metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management and adoption activities for AI-enabled technologies, digital products, automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies that build awareness, enthusiasm, and adoption of new tools and ways of working.
• Create impactful employee-facing content, including communications, training materials, job aids, user guides, learning resources, and success stories.
• Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and end users to identify adoption challenges and implement solutions that improve the employee experience.
• Help cultivate AI literacy by promoting practical use cases, responsible AI practices, and confidence in the use of AI-enabled tools.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, stakeholder meetings, and change readiness activities.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback, adoption metrics, and engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to project deliverables, presentations, adoption dashboards, and executive-ready reporting.
