Fisher Phillips LLP, a premier international labor and employment law firm, is seeking an AI Adoption and Change Management Specialist to accelerate responsible AI uptake across the firm. The role focuses on the human and organizational side of AI transformation, turning pilots into everyday habits that attorneys, knowledge professionals, and staff actually use and trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technology adoption and organizational change.
• Experience applying structured change management methodologies to transformations.
• Strong understanding of how professionals actually work and what drives tool adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs for adult professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute firm-wide AI adoption roadmaps aligned with business priorities and risk posture.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear value propositions and use cases for partners, associates, and staff.
• Design multi-phase adoption programs from awareness to advocacy.
• Identify barriers to adoption (workflow friction, trust, skill gaps, incentives) and design targeted interventions.
• Embed AI into existing processes and systems, avoiding shadow tools.
• Apply structured change management approaches and conduct stakeholder analysis.
• Create and execute communication plans that build understanding and celebrate progress.
• Equip leaders with talking points and coaching tools to drive change.
• Measure adoption health and refine the change approach.
