Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Prospecting Science program enablement specialist to lead activation design and adoption measurement for enterprise-scale AI-assisted workflows. You will bridge the gap between build and field reality, owning activation experiences from labs to live deployments.

This individual contributor role reports to the GTM Innovation, Tools & Capabilities Director and requires collaboration with regional managers to tailor activation for markets and seller profiles, with hybrid

Qualifications

3+ years in sales enablement, change management, product adoption, or learning & development in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience driving adoption of new tools or workflows among sales teams.
Experience with AI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

Design and execute activation campaigns for experiments that move to Scale, from awareness through proficiency.
Define activation and proficiency requirements for each workflow, including what counts as adopted.
Partner with Operations and analytics to instrument reporting and track adoption curves and signals weekly.
Diagnose resistance patterns: interview reps, analyze usage data, design interventions.
Design and deliver quick-start guides, practical labs, videos, office hours, and champion programs.
Maintain an activation calendar aligned with the build roadmap for field teams.
Build feedback loops to translate field input into clear requirements.
Localize activation for different markets and seller profiles with regional sr. managers.
Contribute readiness assessments and report productivity shifts when moving to Scale.
