Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Prospecting Science enablement expert to design activation experiences for enterprise-scale AI-enabled workflows and to bridge the gap between what is built and what gets adopted.

The role reports to the GTM Innovation, Tools & Capabilities Director and will partner with regional sales leaders, engineers, and product managers. This hybrid role requires collaboration across time zones and at least two in-office days per week in Seattle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales enablement, change management, product adoption, or learning & development in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience driving adoption of new tools or workflows among sales teams.
• Experience with AI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute activation campaigns for experiments moving to Scale, from awareness through proficiency.
• Define activation and proficiency requirements for each workflow, including adopted behaviors and signals to measure progress.
• Instrument reporting with analytics to track adoption curves, proficiency, usage quality, and productivity shifts weekly.
• Diagnose resistance patterns by interviewing reps, analyzing usage data, and designing interventions.
• Create activation experiences with quick-start guides, labs, video walkthroughs, office hours, champion programs, and demos.
• Maintain an activation calendar aligned with the build roadmap to inform field teams.
• Capture feedback and translate field input into clear requirements for product and GTM.
• Localize activation for different markets, languages, and seller profiles in partnership with regional managers.
• Contribute activation readiness assessments at bi-weekly Operating Leadership forum for Scale transitions.
