The role blends deep AI expertise with a strong understanding of partner business models, delivering measurable outcomes and innovative AI-enabled experiences for customers and partners alike.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML and partner-focused roles.
• Experience with agentic AI development and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing and deploying AI platforms or AI-driven experiences to improve partner engagement.
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred in CS/Engineering/Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AI subject matter expert for Partner Digital Transformation & Success and related teams.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable partner strategies.
• Design and deliver AI solution strategies aligned to transformation journeys.
• Collaborate with partners to develop AI-enabled use cases and prototypes.
• Influence AI roadmaps based on partner needs and market trends.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and experiences across the ecosystem.
• Support cross-functional teams for global/region execution.
• Track KPIs and provide recommendations to optimize partner engagement.
