Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services seeks an AI Activation Lead to own the delivery and business success of AI engagements with Google Cloud's customers. You will partner with engineers, solution architects, and sales to manage executive sponsorships, milestones, risk tracking, and rollout planning, ensuring measurable business value and broad adoption of AI solutions.

Qualificações

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years leading programs with cross-functional teams.
• At least 3 years delivering executive-level presentations.
• Experience with AI/ML projects, tools or infrastructure.
• Experience in business development or customer adoption growth in AI.

Minimum qualifications

As an AI Activation Lead, you'll own the delivery and business success of AI engagements with Google Cloud's customers. Partnering closely with engineers, solution architects, and other internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for engagement health from end to end, including milestones, sprint planning, risk tracking, executive cadences, and the commercial guardrails behind them. You'll keep customer sponsors aligned on business outcomes and lead the change management and rollout planning that take AI from idea to production. You'll also ensure every engagement delivers measurable business value.

In this role, you'll bring a product mindset, strong executive presence, and a relentless focus on execution. You'll guide sprint priorities and user acceptance testing. You'll also turn technical progress into a compelling business story for customer and Google leadership, backed by clearly quantified outcomes. You'll know how to navigate complex organizations and build advocates. You'll spot risks early and clear the blockers that slow your team down, so engineers can stay focused on building. You'll also use AI to speed up briefings, analysis, and reporting, and help build the workflows and agent skills that make our delivery model repeatable.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI engagements with strategic customers. Establish program structures, milestones, sprint plans, risk tracking, and delivery cadences across distributed teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer delivery, owning executive communication and escalations. Lead steering committees to align sponsors on progress, risks, and priorities.
• Partner with engineers, architects, product teams, and sales to align priorities and clear blockers, enabling engineering teams to focus on building.
• Advise on change management, operational enablement, and rollout planning to drive adoption and bring AI solutions from concept to production.
• Leverage AI to streamline briefings, analysis, and reporting, helping build repeatable workflows, methods, and agent skills across engagements.
