Job summary

Advanced Agrilytics is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to guide users of the TerraSIGNAL agronomy software platform to improve farming outcomes. You will help train others and develop documentation to support platform adoption.

Responsibilities include creating knowledge-base content and delivering training with the Training Lead, prioritizing requests, and identifying trends to prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in an agricultural field, GIS, CS, or related field.
• Experience supporting users of software platforms.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to train others and transfer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Enable and support users of TerraSIGNAL to be more successful in farming operations.
• Develop documentation and training materials.
• Develop knowledge base content for AI-based agronomy and support systems.
• Deliver training to platform users with Training Lead.
• Prioritize and schedule help requests; escalate when required.
• Evaluate documented resolutions for trends to prevent future problems.
• Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
• Provide testing support for modules, procedures, and workflows.
• Other duties as assigned
