Job summary

Landus Cooperative is seeking a Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to our farmer owners in Missouri. You will help grow agronomy and feed sales, assist with grain origination, and support marketing initiatives while coordinating with internal teams.

You will process grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers as needed, acting as a resource for operations on procedures, invoicing, and CRM usage. A positive, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 pounds.
• AA/AS or equivalent; 1–5 years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to farmer owners and direct to appropriate teams.
• Maintain and grow agronomy, feed sales, grain origination and marketing with existing customers and new prospects.
• Process grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers when applicable.
• Serve as a resource for operations staff on scale/receiving, invoicing, and grain contracts.
• Document and submit sales calls in the CRM and assist with inventory control of location products.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with accurate invoicing and pricing.
