Job summary

Landus Cooperative seeks a Relationship Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service to farmer owners and join a supportive team focused on timely assistance and problem resolution.

You will support agronomy and feed sales, grain origination, and marketing with existing customers while growing the business with new clients as applicable. The role requires a practical understanding of CRM and routine invoicing and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and prompt attention to farmer owners.
• Maintain and grow agronomy, feed sales, grain origination and marketing with existing customers and new business.
• Complete grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers and purchases where applicable.
• Serve as a resource on operational procedures for scale/receiving area, invoicing, and grain contracts.
• Document and submit sales call information in CRM and assist with inventory control of location products.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure accurate invoicing.
