Job summary

Landus Cooperative is seeking a Relationship Specialist who will provide outstanding customer service to our farmer owners and support a collaborative team environment. You will help customers quickly access the right departments and assist with agronomy, feed, grain origination, and marketing activities.

The role includes processing grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, inventory transfers, and ensuring accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• AA degree or 2–5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet their needs and provide outstanding service.
• Grow agronomy and feed sales with existing customers and new prospects.
• Complete grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers.
• Document sales calls in CRM and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and prepare invoices.
• Verify invoices for accuracy and monitor agronomy contracts.
