Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• 1+ years related experience and/or training

Responsibilities

• Deliver agronomy services to locations and provide technically sound agronomic advice
• Increase overall expertise in soil management and plant health
• Collaborate with Location Operations Managers to provide agronomy services to customers
• Maintain ongoing communication with key customers in cooperation with Location Operations Managers and Account Managers
• Maximize potential to provide Agronomy support on as many fields as possible
• Support area field research programs and summer tours, winter meetings, and events showcasing field knowledge
• Execute checklists for Agronomists, Location Operations Managers and Account Managers for in-field demonstrations and agPROVE trials
• Work with Marketing to execute promotions for strong brand presence and farmer attendance
• Provide sales function to key customers and manage customer records
• Assist in coordinating and executing product movement and operations tasks
