Simplot Company is seeking a senior agronomist to provide advanced agronomic expertise and consultative support to commercial teams and growers. You will lead field diagnostics, product placement strategies, and field development activities, translating agronomic knowledge into practical solutions.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Plant Science, or related field.
6+ years of progressive agronomic experience.
PhD preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced agronomic support through field diagnostics and product placement recommendations.
Lead and support field development programs for new products and technologies.
Analyze agronomic and telemetry data to provide actionable insights to teams and growers.
Conduct technical training to strengthen product knowledge and consultative selling.
Partner with commercial teams and growers to identify opportunities and solve challenges.
Manage crop claim investigations, inventory tracking, and record maintenance with compliance.
