Job summary

AgState is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Alta, IA. You will support daily agronomy operations, assist customers in person and by phone, and handle administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include entering transactions, preparing documents, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining records to support billing and inventory. A strong service mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with agronomy bookings, prepays, and blend sheet entry.
• Prepare, print, and organize sales tickets, work orders, and customer documentation.
• Support product delivery coordination with agronomy and operations teams.
• Help maintain accurate inventory through tracking and basic reconciliation.
• Respond to customer questions related to agronomy products, services, and invoices.
