Genesis Distribution, covering the Lock Haven, PA area, seeks a Sales Representative / Agronomic Technical Consultant to help growers improve productivity through our technologies. You will travel daily within a defined territory, educate growers and retail partners, and drive on-farm adoption of Timac Agro solutions.

As an ATC, you will work independently and with a team, build relationships, conduct field demos, and support campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field, or 2+ years in agriculture.
• Experience in B2B sales or agronomy consulting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, independent and able to work in a team.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Travel daily within the territory to meet prospects and customers and generate leads.
• Educate clients on agronomic solutions and Timac Agro’s product portfolio.
• Conduct field demonstrations and coordinate crop tours with growers.
• Represent the brand at events and support marketing campaigns to distributors and accounts.
• Develop sales plans and set target contacts.
• Record visits and pre-orders in the CRM daily.
