Genesis Distribution seeks an energetic Sales Representative/Agronomic Technical Consultant to educate growers and ag retailers on our agronomic offerings. You will travel within your territory, build relationships, lead on-farm demonstrations, and tailor solutions to farmers’ needs with Timac Agro’s portfolio.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and the ability to work from home for administrative tasks while visiting sites up to five days a week across the Williamsport

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in agriculture or agronomy.
• B2B sales or consulting experience in agriculture preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, team player, able to travel within territory.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Travel daily within territory to meet prospects and customers and generate leads.
• Educate growers on Timac Agro's product portfolio and agronomic solutions.
• Initiate field demonstrations and coordinate crop tours with growers.
• Represent the brand at events and campaigns to distributors and accounts.
• Record visit details and pre-orders in CRM daily.
• Develop and execute sales targets and contact plans.
