Job summary

Halter is seeking a Product Specialist to own Halter’s product and development projects in Australia. The role is WA-based with regular travel, working closely with Halter HQ in New Zealand and farmers to ensure the product delivers undeniable value.

You will partner with product teams, business development, and account management to drive continuous innovation from design to execution. Travel domestically and internationally will be required.

Qualifications

• Interest in agri-tech and ability to learn product details.
• Farming experience is essential.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects or trials.
• Fast learner and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to input and prioritize features for farmers.
• Lead projects from design through execution to deliver value.
• Share knowledge about Australian farms, animals and virtual fencing.
• Partner with Business Development and Account Management to align efforts.
• Think end-to-end about the product to start valuable initiatives.
• Ensure strategic customers are using the product and gaining value.
• Set up virtual fencing for new farmers across Australia.
