Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales in Virginia, West Virginia, and the Carolinas. The role requires travel across farms, ranches, and dealers with a company vehicle provided.

You will build dealer relationships, run on‑farm consultations, and demonstrate products to end users and partners. You should have a passion for agriculture, strong communication skills, and be comfortable working independently on the road.

Qualifications

• 4‑year college degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel.
• Prior Territory Management experience in agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Execute an approved annual regional sales plan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers/ranchers.
• Conduct on-farm/ranch consultations and product demonstrations.
• Provide in-store merchandising support including displays and POP materials.
• Deliver expert troubleshooting and product recommendations to end users and dealers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Travel extensively within the territory to maximize growth potential.
• Use CRM tools to plan, track, and report on activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
