Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and directing customers to the right area.
• Maintain and grow agronomy and feed sales, grain origination and marketing with existing customers and develop new business.
• Process grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers as needed.
• Serve as a resource on operational procedures for scale, receiving, invoicing, and grain contracts.
