Job summary

Landus Cooperative seeks a Relationship Specialist to deliver outstanding customer experience by meeting needs with technical competence. You will support agronomy and feed sales, handle grain contracts, and assist with inventory and invoicing while leveraging the CRM to capture customer interactions.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience or training, or equivalent education/experience.
• Previous agricultural experience preferred.
• Coordinate projects with internal and external resources.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
• Understand written instructions, troubleshoot, and collaborate on solutions.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Professional and approachable demeanor with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and directing to appropriate areas.
• Grow agronomy and feed sales, grain origination, and marketing with existing customers and new ones.
• Process grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers as applicable.
• Serve as a resource on scale/receiving procedures, invoicing, and grain contracts.
• Document and submit sales call information in the CRM accurately.
• Assist with inventory control of products at the location.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and prepare delivery tickets.
• Promote Landus credit, sales, and inventory policies to customers.
• Update market boards and communicate product information to customers.
• Collaborate with Account Coordinator for community events (outside Harvest).
• Adhere to safety policies and champion safety across the organization.
