Job summary

Landus Cooperative is seeking a Relationship Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service to farmer owners in Iowa. You will support agronomy and feed sales, grain origination, and sell to both existing and new customers, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely CRM updates.

Ideal candidates have associate degree or equivalent, and at least one year of related experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to farmer owners.
• Maintain and increase agronomy and feed sales, grain origination and marketing with existing customers and grow with new customers.
• Process grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers as applicable.
• Act as a resource on operational procedures for scale/receiving area, invoicing, and grain contracts.
• Document and submit sales call information in CRM; assist with inventory control of location products.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely invoicing with equitable calculations.
