Job summary

Landus seeks a Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meeting needs and demonstrating technical competence. You will support agronomy and feed sales, grain origination, and marketing with existing customers while expanding the customer base.

Collaborating with teams, you will document sales calls in the CRM, manage contracts and inventory, and uphold safety procedures. A strong, professional demeanor and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Previous agricultural experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in coordinating projects with internal and external resources.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers.
• Computer Skills and Knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experience by meeting customers' needs and directing them appropriately.
• Maintain agronomy and feed sales, grain origination, and marketing with existing customers; grow with new customers.
• Process grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers if applicable.
• Serve as a resource on operational procedures for scale/receiving area, invoicing, and grain contracts.
• Document and submit sales call information in CRM.
