• Bachelor's degree or technical certificate is required.
• Three years of operations, sales or branch management experience in the agricultural field is required.
• Leadership skills including supervising a five to ten member team is required.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Identify and improve practices to lower costs and shrinkage.
• Train branch team on cost centers and invoicing accuracy.
• Lead inventory forecasting and stocking plans for Helena brands.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy for fertilizer and seed treatments.
• Direct inventory management and capital/lease requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
