The candidate should have 2+ years of warehouse experience, leadership ability, and forklift operation skills. Occasional driving of a Helena vehicle is required, with emphasis on safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of warehouse work experience required.
• Leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and keep inventory current.
• Inspect warehouse, equipment, and vehicles; prepare work orders for repairs and replacements.
• Direct safety planning activities to comply with OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations.
• Lead, train and coach team members; supervise daily warehouse operations and coordinate with production, sales and purchasing.
• Drive a company vehicle as needed and provide back-up for drivers.
