Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC in South Dakota seeks an Operations Manager to improve processes, boost productivity, and reduce costs at the Plankinton location. You will lead a 5–10 person team, manage inventories, dispatch activities, and ensure safety compliance across daily operations.

Work with branch leadership to optimize product forecasting for Helena brands, support purchasing decisions, and maintain excellent internal/external customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical certificate required.
• At least 3 years in operations, sales, or branch management in agriculture.
• Leadership experience overseeing a 5–10 member team.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Oversee inventory management and filing of accurate invoicing.
• Lead and develop branch team; coordinate with leadership on plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Support procurement and planning to optimize inventory of Helena products.
