Responsibilities

• Develops and implements selling activities to dealers and growers to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develops and implements operational procedures for efficient distribution of all product lines.
• Sells products including Helena and supplier lines by visiting customers and vendors.
• Sets sales strategies to respond to market changes and improve market penetration.
• Manages location team, assigns duties, and trains staff for maximum productivity.
• Maintains credit information and enforces the approved credit policy, collecting receivables.
• Ensures Helena's image is positive with customers and suppliers.
