Qualifications

• Experience in fertilizer operations and safety/compliance is valued.

Responsibilities

• Directs production, distribution, and operations at the branch.
• Develops selling activities to dealers and growers to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures safe, compliant distribution of product lines and maintains customer service excellence.
• Leads the location team, assigns duties, trains staff and manages credit and receivables.
• Drives a company vehicle when needed and adheres to policies and procedures.
