Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical certificate required.
• Three years of operations, sales or branch management in agriculture.
• Leadership experience supervising five to ten team members.

Responsibilities

• Identify and improve practices to reduce inventory shrinkage costs.
• Train staff and ensure correct cost center for fertilizer freight.
• Provide guidance to branch leadership on improvements.
• Oversee invoicing for fertilizer and seed treatment.
• Forecast and stock plans for Helena brands.
• Advise on storage usage and inventory management.
• Manage overall inventories for tax position.
• Support divisions on capital and lease requests.
• Assist purchasing and leaders to reduce slow inventory.
• Direct inventory management tools and practices.
• Support seed group with long-term seed inventory.
• Manage team members.
• Possibly operate a company vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Follow all policies; reliable attendance.
