Farm Credit East is seeking a Loan Officer to strengthen customer relationships and grow the Association’s lending portfolio across our Northeast service area. You will deliver a personalized, consultative experience to existing borrowers and select new customers, aligned with credit policy and community needs.

This role emphasizes relationship management, cross-selling, and a proactive approach to credit analysis, pricing, and loan structuring.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Knowledge of agriculture, finances, credit and credit administration. Strong marketing and interpersonal skills required, as are verbal and written communications and analytical skills.
• Hybrid work options after two months of employment with Farm Credit East; balance needs of customers, team, and performance.

Mansioni

• Manages day-to-day customer relationships of credits within the assigned segment (Agribusiness or Retail).
• Proactive portfolio management through industry trends, market data, and customer knowledge for a consultative lending approach.
• Leads customer-facing activities with support from loan coordinator or financial services.
