Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Hybrid work options after two months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day customer relationships of credits within your segment (Agribusiness or Retail).
• Proactive portfolio management using industry trends, market data, and customer knowledge.
• Lead for all customer-facing activities with support from loan coordinator or financial services.
• Create and maintain a 360-degree customer view in the core application.
• Collaborate with teammates to generate cross-selling results and best-in-class customer experience.
• Guide credit analysts, loan doc specialists, and others to meet customer requirements while conforming to policy.
• Monitor borrowers to ensure compliance with terms and risk assessment.
• Meet with customers to review financials, propose loan structures, and address objectives.
