Farm Credit East is seeking a Loan Officer to manage customer relationships and proactively grow portfolios across agribusiness and retail segments in the Northeast. You will deliver a consultative lending approach, review financials with borrowers, and coordinate with credit teams to ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Knowledge of agriculture, finances, credit and credit administration; strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel as needed; hybrid work options after two months based on role and performance.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day customer relationships within agribusiness or retail credits.
• Perform proactive portfolio management using industry trends and data.
• Lead customer-facing activities with loan coordinators and financial services.
• Create a 360-degree view of the customer in the core application to optimize experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to drive cross-selling and high-quality service.
• Provide guidance to credit analysts and loan documentation specialists to meet customer needs.
