Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Hybrid work options after two months based on role and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer relationships for credits within your segment (Agribusiness or Retail).
• Proactive portfolio management using industry trends and data for a consultative lending approach.
• Lead customer-facing activities with support from loan coordinator or financial services.
• Review financials with borrowers, propose loan structures, and address objectives.
