Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Strong marketing and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day customer relationships for agribusiness or retail credits.
• Proactive portfolio management using industry trends and customer data.
• Lead all customer-facing activities with support from loan coordinator or financial services.
• Maintain a 360-degree view of the customer in the core system to maximize experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to drive cross-selling and excellent service.
