Placements24 is seeking a motivated FMCG Regional Sales Representative to cover Queenstown, Eastern Cape. This field-based role focuses on growing sales, strengthening retailer relationships, and ensuring optimal product placement and availability.

You will travel within the region, meet targets, and promote new products while delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate has proven FMCG sales experience, strong communication, and a proactive, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Matriculation certificate or equivalent.
• Sales or marketing qualification is beneficial.
• Residency or eligibility to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing retailers.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the region.
• Ensure optimal product placement, stock levels, and visibility on shelves.
• Promote new products and marketing initiatives to retailers.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities and market trends.
• Manage sales expenses and territory efficiency.
• Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
• Build brand loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
