Job summary

Landus Ag is seeking a Relationship Specialist to deliver excellent customer service to farmer owners and support sales activities across agronomy, feed, and grain products. You will be part of a team that ensures timely help and accurate processing of contracts and invoices.

You will use a CRM system to log sales activities and collaborate with colleagues on inventory and policy adherence while supporting daily operations and credit guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Understand seasonality of an agricultural cooperative.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and prompt attention to farmer owners.
• Maintain and grow agronomy and feed sales with existing customers.
• Process grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers.
• Document and submit sales calls in the CRM system.
• Assist with inventory control and prepare accurate invoices.
• Follow Landus credit, sales, and inventory policies.
