Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience.
• Strong data entry and computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer support via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Greet walk-in customers and address product or order questions.
• Serve as main contact for internal teams needing order or account support.
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system.
• Maintain standing orders and recurring programs for customers.
• Assist with invoicing and general office tasks.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and operations to ensure timely service.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
