AgCountry Farm Credit Services is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist primarily based in Thorp, WI with occasional travel to Medford for business needs. You will be the main point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and coordinating from application through closing while supporting team members and visitors across in-person, phone, and digital channels.

• Minimum of two years' customer service experience.
• Preferred Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related majors or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Document customer interactions and resolve issues; promote core products and digital tools; provide sales support.
• Handle monetary activities: process payments, identify fraud risks, answer inquiries about payments and account changes.
• Coordinate loan applications from submission to signatures; gather financial and identification documents; manage loan line renewals.
• Provide office operations support: invoices, supplies, file retention, vendor verification, and vehicle maintenance coordination.
