Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1-3 months of related experience.
• Must be licensed and insurable to drive.
• Strong customer service orientation and clear communication.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow written or spoken instructions.
• Willingness to work seasonally and in-season hours.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Provide fast, efficient, courteous customer service.
• Answer calls, collect information, and relay to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a neat, orderly office and ensure equipment is safe and functional.
• Bill products sold and ensure timely delivery and charging.
• Weigh incoming and outgoing grain and assist in settlements.
• Stay informed about commodity prices and trends and discuss with supervisor.
• Support other location duties as needed.
