Job summary

NEW Cooperative Inc. in Iowa seeks a location-based team member to support agronomy and grain customer services in a safe, efficient manner. You will help load/unload products, operate equipment, and maintain gear while upholding safety protocols.

The role requires a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsements, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication with customers. You’ll join a team that values safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsement.
• Understand the importance of providing extremely high levels of customer service.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from vehicles based on work orders.
• Unload and load grain from trucks and wagons.
• Operate fertilizer tender trucks and NH3 equipment.
• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure grain quality.
• Provide safe, efficient agronomy and grain-related customer services.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and assist in other location tasks as needed.
