Responsibilities

• Provides fast, efficient, and courteous service always.
• Answer incoming calls as necessary and relay information to appropriate personnel.
• Works extended hours as requested to ensure good customer service in busy season.
• Maintain the office in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Ensure items sold are delivered and charged in a timely manner.
